On Free, you handle fulfilment yourself - download the order, print at your studio, ship to the buyer. On Professional, Lilli handles it for you, which means storing your high-resolution print files and routing orders to a partner printer automatically. Print-file storage has real third-party costs, so that's the line where the subscription kicks in. You pay when we pay - that's how it should work.

Why we charge what we charge

Lilli isn't free. Running a thoughtful studio tool costs money, and we'd rather be upfront about how we pay for it than pretend otherwise. We charge a flat monthly subscription - that's it. No commission on your sales, nothing hidden in shipping. The subscription is smaller than what marketplaces or galleries take, and it doesn't buy us anything we don't earn - your collector data is yours, your Stripe account is yours, your relationships are yours. We hold it. You own it.
